A simple guide to caring for what you buy
Good things last longer when they are looked after a little. You do not need special products or hours of effort, just a few habits that fit into a normal week.
Read the label once
Every product page lists the materials and the recommended care. It takes a minute to read and it avoids the most common mistakes, like the wrong temperature or the wrong cleaner.
Little and often
Regular light care beats an occasional deep clean. Wipe, air, brush or store properly after use, depending on the piece, and it will keep its shape and finish much longer.
When something needs repair
Contact the team before throwing anything away. Many issues can be fixed, and when they cannot, we will help you find the best way to replace or recycle the piece.
