About these terms
These terms apply whenever you browse the store, create an account or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We may update them from time to time; the version published on this page on the day of your order is the one that applies.
Products and information
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly from one screen to another, and small differences in handmade or natural materials are part of their character, not a defect.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the store and include the taxes indicated at checkout. Delivery costs are added before you confirm your order. Payment is taken securely when the order is placed; we never see or store your full card details.
Orders and confirmation
Your order is confirmed by email once payment has been accepted. We may cancel an order in exceptional cases, for example if an item is no longer available or a pricing error is obvious; you are then refunded in full without delay.
Delivery
Delivery times and options are described on our shipping information and delivery policy pages. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns and refunds
You can return eligible items as described in our returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to the store or its partners and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control.
